CHILD BATTERING

A stressful situation is something that can bring out the worst in anyone. Half of the total people who are in jail today are actually victims of stress and frustration. They ended up doing things that they otherwise wouldn’t have done. But with time, the anger and frustration levels in everyone are increasing and so is the severity of crime.

I am talking about “CHILD BATTERING”. It means physical, emotional and sexual torture to children as small as new born babies.

I had tears of blood in my eyes when I read numerous articles on child abuse and that too by their parents resulting in fractured skull, cigarette burns all over their tiny body, internal bleeding, broken ribs and even death.

This is so disgusting!!!

We need to realize that children though helpless, and the most beautiful gifts. They are tiny little bodies of life. They are not here so that you can slap and kick them as and when you feel like.

STOP CHANNELING YOUR ANGER TOWARDS THE WEAK AND VULNERABLE SECTION OF THE SOCIETY.

“Just because babies cannot scream as loud as you can, doesn’t mean they don’t get hurt!!!”

“Just because you can stop their breath with a single hand, doesn’t mean you will actually kill them!!!”

One needs to be out their mind to do something so hideous. These days, 1 in every 2 pages of any newspaper has at least 1 article on child abuse. Where are we heading??? Is this what we call civilized???

People who do such things are as good as criminals. If not sensible, find some other way of channelizing your anger. Go to the terrace and scream as loud as you want to… or choose your favorite wall and bang your head as many times as you want to… but don’t even think of doing something so shameful. There will be no point in regretting it later.

So people, raise voice against child battering. After all, they are the future of our country.
